Kouki Iwanaga was captivated by the depth of stage lighting while involved in stage art for fashion shows during his university years. His research into lighting sparked a passion to enrich the lighting environment deeply intertwined with our daily lives, leading him to pursue a career in architectural lighting design. Committed to circulating the optimal solutions of light's multifaceted aspects throughout society, Iwanaga aims to explore and implement lighting designs that enhance both functionality and aesthetics in various spaces.

Completed undergraduate program (BFA) from Fashion Institute of Technology. Moved to the US for hypersomnia treatment and discovered lighting design while studying visual and spatial design.
Managing her sleep without medication through circadian lighting inspired her to pursue the field.
Worked on hospitality projects at a bespoke decorative lighting studio in the US, followed by a large-scale urban development and international luxury hotels at Lighting Planners Associates in Japan.
Later worked in smart lighting product development and B2B sales at an international lighting manufacturer. Joined Nosight in January 2025.

Through his work in lighting fixture sales at a consumer electronics retailer, as well as in sales and development assistant roles at a lighting manufacturer, Yuichi Anzai experienced firsthand the impact of light on everyday life and developed a strong interest in lighting design.
In 2016, he enrolled at Parsons School of Design in the United States, where he majored in Interior Design. After graduation, he worked as a construction management intern at an interior design firm. Upon returning to Japan, he joined LPA, where he has been involved in a variety of domestic and international projects, including hotels, serviced residences, offices, retail spaces, and museums.

Drawn from an early age to the beauty of candlelight, firelight, and the shadows they create, I developed a deep interest in the power of light.
After graduating from university, I worked at an IT company, where I explored the relationship between society and technology while pursuing my desire to contribute positively to people's lives.
Seeking a more direct way to shape human emotions and spatial experiences, I studied spatial design at Space Design College while working toward a Lighting Consultant certification.
I am dedicated to creating lighting that moves people emotionally and gently enriches everyday life while harmonizing with the natural world.
